The Colombo District Court has issued an enjoining order today, restraining the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) from removing Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka from his party positions.
This decision comes as a response to a plaint filed by Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka against the office bearers of the SJB.
The enjoining order, effective immediately, prohibits any actions by the SJB that would result in the removal of Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka from his current party roles.
